Zach helped us with a pesky leaky tub faucet.  He was easy to get ahold of and very friendly and professional.  He was able to come out same day to inspect the situation and once he got in, he was able to completely fix our faucet same day! Our home is older and we were concerned with our old pipes/parts possibly breaking but Zach was very experienced and knew exactly how to handle the faucet with care. We appreciate how quickly he fixed our issue and he was reasonably priced. We will be using 1st American Plumbing for any other issues that may come up with our beloved older home.  Thank you, Zach!

Zack was amazing! Courteous, prompt and reasonable prices. We had a water heater installed and Zack even cleaned where the old heater had been. We are so impressed and highly recommend this company.

Thank God my brother recommended Zach! My shared Well was repaired and I was getting no water and no pressure. Zach was relentless in finding the problem. He worked so hard on the whole house and crawl space, if you're looking for an excellent plumber who knows his stuff with integrity  at affordable price, I highly recommend Zach!  He's your guy!!!

I'm so GLAD someone on the Nextdoor app recommended Zachary to me. He was kind, helpful, he listened, explained things to me, and he was very fair in his pricing. He fixed up my issue in a timely manner. Overall I highly recommend him because I will be having him back anytime I need help with any plumbing related issue. We were experiencing low water pressure throughout the house. I did a yelp search and 1st American Plumbing not only was rated 5 stars but the reviews were recent and sounded very genuine. I went ahead and called Zach, the owner, and right away he scheduled a meeting with me. He came the next day and did a full check on our issue. After some questions and checking out water line he was able to determine the possible problem. He walked me through the process and offered a couple options. He then stated that he had a few of the items that he would need, grabbed them from his van, and took about 10 minutes to walk through the steps and showed me how to do it myself as well. We then tested the line and our water pressure was back to normal. I appreciated his expertise and his willingness to walk me through the process and giving me multiple options as well. Definitely will reach out to Zach for any of our plumbing needs.

Our water heater stopped working.  Zack provided an estimate the evening we contacted him and came over the the next morning and was able to get our hot water heater replaced and working well ahead of the estimated time, and kept to the estimate provided.
